Ok Guys!! Im working on a new DIY gasifier anyone can build with some basic skills. This will be constructed out of Ammo boxes and a 5 gallon steel pail. You will need to cut some steel to create some internal shielding and a grate. Other than that you will need to drill some holes and use hole saw for your port openings. Everything will be bolt together.
I will start a series on this build starting this weekend if not sooner!!

I built this in 120mm form factor and it flares, but it doesn't run a 212 consistently and kinda fizzes out and stops running, I don't think my grate design is optimal and noticed urs is raised and solid until the outlet area, where it has some openings, my exhaust is ruan to the top then out, my intake is one inch reduced ti 3/4 . It would be beneficial to have a more detailed grate drawing with lower exhaust placement and details. Grate height and intake height in more specific details. I think with this info I can get a more reliable operation and other people where I'm at more interested and more attention to ur site from them.I would appreciAte your help. I am trying to spark people's interest and get some of them to buy in to some kits like the versifier and such. I am a welder and electrical and would like to show them working units built. Thank u Matt for all u. Do. I will upload photos of my small build and parts
